Hi there,

I am trying to build a offline buildpack from this repository.

I use below command which I got from here
bundle exec rake package OFFLINE=true PINNED=true

However, it doesn't work. It complains about package which I believe is because the package is not defined in Rakefile. So I removed the package as below:
bundle exec rake OFFLINE=true PINNED=true

Unfortunately, I got the same error. And then I remove the arguments as below:
bundle exec rake

No luck still.

The error code I got is:
