Steps to reproduce:

1. click "see more" on any ticket.

Expected Result:
the button should say something like "see less"
Actual Result:
the button is still "see more"

The function of the "Back to tickets" button is not clear by it's label, it is confusing whether it removes ticket from the "done tickets" list or just scrolls back up to the unclosed tickets.

I think a better name would be "reopen ticket" or " remove from done"

it can be a nice feature if a " " (whitespace) in the start of a search would not be a problem for the search.
perhaps you could even change it not to search words independently, if you'd like.
right now adding a whitespace before a word will not find that word without a space before it

hovering on "hide" and "V" button does not change the cursor to indicate it is clickable.
it remains an arrow and does not change to a "finger", unlike other buttons and inputs in your app.

your tagline "WE HERE TO HELP OUR CLIENTS" is cut short ( at least on my screen)

it is hidden behind the blue part. also is in a similar colour so would no show if it was above the blue.
the problem intensifies when the screen narrows further
