Zod Engine license about opensourcegames HOT 4 CLOSED

Homepage says

"The Zod Engine is developed by Nighsoft at www.nighsoft.com for the general public. The source is currently under the GPLv3 license. Many thanks to the ZZone (the official Z fansite) community and their help. "

Nevertheless, I sent a message to the owner of Nighsoft asking for clarification and possibility to add license information.

I got an answer saying that the default is GPLv3, but if someone wants a different license, they would also be willing to do that.

I will ask if this statement can be included in the code base. Also I will add an entry for the Zod Engine.

The copyright statement was not included, but I can do that for them. I will convert the Hg repository to Git, add the license statement, add an entry for it and inform the author about it. Maybe also the ZZone community.

I'm not sure if the content bundled with the code is correctly licensed. And because of that the authors did not add the copyright notice themselves, I refrain from doing the conversion to Git, adding the License and sorting out the licenses of the content, just to be sure that everything is fine. Will not add an entry. Will close the issue for now. May come back later if there is more time or if something changes (rights get more clear). Maybe will contact the community.
