add Install rule script

script should do
0. check environment variable INSTALL_ROOT - if it doesn't exist, use current pwd path

create and install all necessary files structure in INSTALL_ROOT

Console output for test-script

Needs more information during the tests like: every second shows data from sensors and encoders. After successful ending of each test shows last data or average values.

Especially for ARTag fun better to show full ascii image of photo with results of decoding.

Use show(array) to test camera in test-script

And as a showcase for and ARTag debug view also.

Optimize interface of test script

More info per page, per line. For example:
E1,2,3,4: status by color, sbc, sbc, sbc
A1,2,3,4: sbc ...
For shrinking of occupied space and tests of rgb
