Also, I've noticed staging bars remain for resources that don't exist in a later stage. So for example I have my transfer rocket with L/O fuel and staged above that is the decoupler for releasing my satellite that only contains MP. So the Liquid and Oxidizer bars show equal values for the blue and green bar. Any time the max values for these two bars are equal the bar should automatically drop the blue staging bar

Icons is not descriptive enough, maybe icon priority, but will depend on layout

Need to cater to lead time on resource so we don't jam the timewarp back to 1x and break orbits

The current hydrogen icon just says "H". It should probably be H2

Found it - boolean mistake
Check each EC resource to see if it is enabled. If any are disabled then split the Resource using the staging bar so that the blue bar shows enabled charge left and the Green bar shows total in vessel

Regarding "time-warped rate", I mean like stock - pretty sure it doesn't currently do this (at least in my game)? Example, EC uses [1.00]/sec, I warp to 5x, it should now display [5.00]/sec, not [1.00]/sec.

If a Resource has 0 amount in reserve on vessel load then the split doesn't display properly
Similar to how you provide a consistent interface to the staging controls (either through mouse or optional keyboard on the map) would it be possible to create a fly-out option with a list of action groups (1-0, abort, gear, lights) with the ability to edit a one line text field per item per ship (saved per ship)?
So say for example you put a button below the "Stage" button which if you press it the window expands with a list of action group text fields with a button next to each to activate the action group.

Check blue bar behaviour - My current stage is the lower one, of course. It has a capacity of 360 LF. Since it's the stage I'm currently caring about how much is left,
I would expect this to be the one in blue in the main panel. Instead green is total ship resources, and the blue is the next stage's resources?
Or does the blue show your 'head' stage? I couldn't find any settings related to changing what's on the blue side.

Do you think you could add an option to swap the positions of the overall and current stage bars? I find myself watching the overall ones because they're closer to the middle (because I have the panel in the upper right), and I often wonder why the engine stopped until I realize that the current stage ran out of fuel. I usually have auto staging turned on to avoid this, but sometimes I forget to arm it and it'd be nice to have the current stage on the left and overall fuel on the right.

Missed this when I first set it up. The default resource order is too random
Keep this one on the long term list, but currently there is no way to do this with the accessible API's/values

Investigate/Implement new method of reordering resources - the up down buttons are hard when there's lots of resources.
The current KSP resource UI shows resources in volume...which is not useful when displaying solids from mods (such as Food or ores). It would be very nice if there were an option in Alternate Resource Panel to choose to show a resource in kg or tonnes rather than volume.
Could we have a version of this that shows all the totals in the VAB/SPH?

One small request - some mods have some rather large values for resources. When they are staged and have a separate blue bar, the values won't fit in correctly. Is there anything that can be done about this - could they be standardized when the text won't fit (as in 1,100,000 becomes 1.1M or 1100K)?

The alarm notification is firing when the value passes the threshold in both directions.
Need to investigate this and only toggle when its heading the right direction

Need to make it more accurate about where your dragging and dropping above/below the resource your over
When configuring the resource layout make it so that a group that is moved takes all teh child resources with it up or down.

Reverse the order of icon priority for new installs so it is Player, then Mod Maker, then ARP icons
eg. when trying to move something a long way then you can keep clicking in the same screen position to move it many lines

Idea is to display Resource windows with pointers - like the part windows when in map view. This way you could see where resources may be in proximity to the camera focus
