limesurvey-5-point-smileys's Issues

Too high level directory

When I cloned this question theme I needed to make a repo at question, not at 5-point-smileys. This hinders development of other question themes using GIT.

Would it be possible to start one level lower?

Cant find manifest

Hi,
When importing I am getting.
500: Internal Server Error
Error: Can't find a manifest for 5-point-smileys in ' /limeservice/instances/5/limesurvey/themes/survey/5-point-smileys/ '
Thanks
Martin

No images visible (just radio buttons) when using in LS 6.3

On 3.3, this has worked beautifully.
When installing it via the theme manager on a LS 6.3 instance however, I can successfully choose the new question type, but only see radio buttons instead of the smileys.

This seems to be independent of the survey theme used, i.e. it happens with my custom one (which worked with it on 3.3 as well) and also with the stock "Fruity TwentyThree".

No errors in the browser console.
