Integrate React and save Common JS files to rails app:

Gems:

  • react-rails

  • browserify-rails

Steps:

  • Add gem react-rails

  • bundle && rails g react:install

  • Add gem browserify-rails

  • npm init

  • npm install –save ‘browserify@~>6.3’

  • npm install –save ‘browserify-incremental@^1.4.0’

  • npm install –save react

  • npm install –save redux

Most likely, you’ll also need the React bindings and the developer tools.

  • npm install –save react-redux

  • npm install –save-dev redux-devtools

npm install –save-dev babel-preset-react npm install –save babelify
