Population Management System (PMS) is an API based application that manages the population for a particular location.

• Add a location with details of location name, number of male residents, number of female residents
• On getting back the added locations, the total number of residents for each location is added as the property fot that location
• A location can have one or more sub locations
• The details of a location can be updated
• Deleting of a location
• Getting a single location

• cd into pms
• cd into functions
• run npm install
• run npm test to run tests
