Thank you very much for sharing your code.

I have multiple issues and comments:
Issues:

• The python script does not work, and you don't say how to launch it, I do python dcase19.py 0 431, get this error: Traceback (most recent call last): File "dcase19.py", line 86, in <module> from generators import MyGeneratorWeakStrong as MyGenerator ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'generators'
• Impossible to run the notebook without enough RAM to fit all the data.
• Some imports in the notebook seem useless and made it bug: from scipy.misc import imresize

Comments:

• I succeeded to launch the notebook by changing many paths which are everywhere. I still didn't try the train until the end.
• The environment is hard to reproduce (I had a lot of problem with tensorflow and muda), it would be nice to share your environment
• Very little comments: there is still a comment in French, it would be nice to have a notebook for the train and another one for thresholding and test if possible.
