Trying to build 32-bit on Windows 7 with MSYS2/MinGW-w64 (gcc 5.2.0). I am having trouble getting past the configure stage because I am missing pthread-stubs. But, as far as I know there isn't a port of pthread-stubs to Win32. If there is, could you point me to where I could download either the source (preferably) or a Win32 binary package?

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables NEEDED_CFLAGS
and NEEDED_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
