infrared-spo2's Introduction

Infrared-SpO2

The dataset used for the "A non-contact SpO2 estimation using video magnification and infrared data" publication and "A study of machine learning regression techniques for Non-Contact SpO2 Estimation from infrared motion magnified facial video" publication. The code developed is to fit the data to the reference SpO2 values. The code used for Eulerian Video Magnification was available from here. The dataset can be viewed and downloaded through this link.

infrared-spo2's Issues

question

Hello, one more question.Could you please provide the code for feature extraction from the video?

About the published video data

Good day author, I found that the published video is the video of the face ROI area after zooming in, is it possible to provide the video before zooming in for study and processing?

question

Hello, I still have some questions. The 19 seconds in your video are divided equally. Are the blood oxygen saturation values the same in these 19 seconds? If they are not the same value, how to deal with it?

ask

Hello, now I have some problems with Average RMSE, Minimum RMSE, MAE, MAPE, 𝑹𝟐 score and No. Features output. Do you have any code in this regard?
In addition, I want to know whether this model can be called to predict the SpO2 value of new data after the regressor runs successfully.

Asking for help again

The link you gave me before was about the evm amplification algorithm. Could you please provide the code for face segmentation that can detect faces and extract the facial areas required for surgery?

ask

Asking again, I saw in the article that the Extra Trees Regressor model has the best performance, so can you provide the code for this model?

ask for help

Hello, can you provide the code for the video processing part?
