Wrap ALFilters in a class

With the introduction of low pass filters, it becomes clear there is a need to abstract OpenAL filters into a class as well.

Crash on linux: can't start jack

On linux (Ubuntu 12.04) I get the following error when playing a soundfile.
It works on windows though.

Wave support

In the latest commit (20e8a90) support for loading sounds from wav-files has been added. This support however is limited to completely uncompressed wav-files only. Some wav-files do some compression and I have not yet figured out how to decode these files. That is why every wav-file that has additional headers (most commonly fact-chunks) throws an exception. This is fairly common in other libraries as well, and is not very likely to change unless support for this is really required.

Remove bufferID interface from sources

Currently the OggStream class makes heavy use of the source functions that still work with unwrapped integer methods. These methods should eventually be removed and replaced by some according mechanic.

Buffer limit

A big problem with the library in its current shape is that in addition to decoding the audio file on creation of a soundfile, it already reserves an OpenAL sound buffer on the audio card. As the amount of buffers is often limited, this might result in errors if a lot of sounds are pre-loaded, as is quite common in games.

To improve on this design, the decoding of audio files will be separated from the creation and copying to the sound buffers. As copying sound buffers is a relatively fast operation in comparison to I/O operations, the sound buffers can easily be created and copied in real time.

Throw Exception on loading buffer before init

If you load a SoundFile before initialising the AudioContext, the file runs as if everything works, but no sounds are played. Apparently AL does allow generating buffers before initialising the AudioContext, so this should be caught by the library itself.
