The calendar is defaulting to my Gmail account but I would like to use my outlook account.

I set no alarm on my phone. But the widget displays an 5:10 alarm...
When I set an alarm on my phone (8:00), the widget still displays 5:10...

When installing this app on my pixel 2 XL running the latest version of Android, it only gives me two options regarding the location settings: either never use my location or only use my location when actively using the app.

Now that's a problem because that means that the weather will not update unless I open the app, which defeats the purpose.

Any way to give the option to use location at all times?

It looks fine in 4x1 but my home screen is 5 units wide. Would like it to be in 5x1. This issue wasn't there in the previous version.

Sometimes the appointment text is only a few letters.
I need to go inside the app and select refresh widget.
Afterwards it shows the whole text.

Can we add a setting that would allow control over the font weight? It's a bit hefty now and doesn't look as nice as it could if it we're at a lesser weight like the Pixel 2 default.

Would it be possible to add a toggle/slider for the amount of spacing between the clock and the calendar info? At the moment there's way too much space and it doesn't look right.

In addition, the widget preview in the app doesn't match what it looks like. The preview shows less spacing than the actual widget and I don't see an option within the app to change it.

When the next event starts soon I would rather see information about that event than the current event.

Not sure about how to define "soon" for this. One idea is to define it as when the time until it's start time is less than half the time until its end time.

This started happening on my LG G6 after updating to Android Pie. The 'a.' and 'p.' are big while the 'm.' is small. It looks like they're the same size as the numbers in the time, but the 'm.' isn't.

Event displays correctly in widget, but tapping event displays error "event not found" instead of showing event details.

When using right-to-left lenguages (e.g. Hebrew), the widget won't align to the right as in the preview. Also, clicking the weather opens calendar and vice versa.

I can open the app and change settings but the app doesn't appear on my home screen

The first time I install the app, the weather stayed at 17°C at all time.. then try to reinstall the app and now it didn't even showed up anymore.. Calendar was okay both time.

Could require users during setup to get an OWM key and use their own key to make the calls.

On my Pixel 2 with Android 8.0 the app name is shown as LIB instead of Another Widget.

I use this widget mainly to show imported calendar events, but having the date shown on the Google Pixel Launcher, looks strange (double date).

Would be nice to be able to hide the date without being forced to use it to show calendar events.

Instead of 09:00am, allow it to be 9:00am

My wallpaper changes every hour (photos) and the widget font sometimes matches the wallpaper. While shading text can help a bit, it would be nice to be able to select a degree of shading the background of the widget itself. With shading the background of the widget the wallpaper is still visible but can contrast with the widget text to make said text visible no matter what the wallpaper is.

I've followed all of the instructions on the app, but I cannot get the weather info to show up when I create the widget or even in the preview.

Even with recent update regarding permission there is no visible weather. When it's set manually then it's visible, but after change to geo location is not updating anymore.

Happened on Android 10

I kinda like how the event text is written in 2 line like before - makes it more readable for longer event title.

Can we have the option to toggle for either 1 or 2 lines?

I'm not sure about when it began, but it seems that the calendar filters don't work as intended. I have multiple calendar and some of them are still displayed in the widget even when unchecked. Did anyone else observe this behavior?

At first it didn't show the actual info, only "uploading widget" without anything ever uploading and now, after clearing cache, it just disappears from home screen.

On version 1.3, Another Widget doesn't change size horizontally on Google Now Launcher. Vertically all works as intended. It doesn't happen on Nova Launcher.

Another Widget should no longer require the location permission for displaying weather, since you added a way for manually selecting the location.

The next alarm text will currently only show if there is an event showing on the widget

I would like to translate the application into Brazilian Portuguese.

I set 'Tap on date opens' and 'Tap on event opens' into a custom app (Google Agenda).
But when I tap on the widget, it opens the default setting: tap on date opens nothing, tap on event opens the event details in the default calendar app...
It worked well with the previous app version...

Let's say I have an all-day event on my calendar called "Conference". If it's 10 PM on the night before the event, the widget will say "Conference in 2 hours". I would rather it say "Conference tomorrow".

Beta app crashes EVERYTIME I launch it, I had to uninstall it...
It seems it is because i'm a Beta user: even after reinstalling the beta version, the app keeps crashing...
The app works when I quit the Beta and reinstall the public version.

My phone: Android 9 with MIUI 11 (Xiaomi).

Another Widget seems to cause a lot of wakelocks, and that was even before I enabled weather.

Checked with Wakelock Detector Lite. Any ideas?

Edit: what I posted above is actually "wake-up triggers", which still seem abnormally high compared to other apps. Image below shows actual CPU wakelocks, which only sum up to 2 seconds but were executed 131 times.

This looks really nice! Would you allow the time format to be configurable? It seems that it only supports 24-hour time, but 12-hour time is preferred.

You can already click the event to open the Calendar app to see the note, but it would be great if there was an option to make the widget show the note beneath the event time.

Can you add the option to have Am/PM displayed after the time? It looked better on my phone that way.

S20 Ultra, 5x2 Widget gets cut on the bottom but supposedly has space to show.

Can you make an option to get rid of the alarm? I personally don't use my phone alarm; I use my smartwatch for that. The placeholder alarm of 11:59 AM isn't needed either. Thanks.

Changing some settings will not instantly refresh the widget preview in app, while the real widget updates fine. I know there is a manual refresh option, but would be nice if they could be fixed regardless.
