Get @untouched tag logic working without having to click button
Use logic that is already there from reaper
Get tag to persist in the menu.
If you change the tag from @UnTouched it should persist in the menu when you close and open again.
Change all reference to reaper to untouched
Remove all unnecessary code including includes that the top

- Remove all unused code, particularly for the no longer used add menu item stuff

- Switch 'less than' log back out of test mode.

Find a nicer way of setting the default for the input box
Currently setting a default in untouchedTasks.ui but would be better to set a default in untouchedTasks.py as it is done like this for the other menu options.
modified_time is more precise than Date.today()

Trace back to find out how GTG is working when you click on a task and it pops up to enable you to edit.
