@dariodjuric I think it'd be helpful to provide some guidance on usage in the README. The two points I think will help:

• A usage guidelines (e.g. example implementation with React, as an SVG and Vue, like in the heroicons repo)
• A table showing each of the icons and their name

Do you have any other things you think are important to add? I'm also happy to make these changes so let me know if you're planning to or I should.

@dariodjuric this is great - thanks for putting it together. What would the build/maintenance process look like for when an update is needed? Would that be a separate repo that builds this repo and pushes the update to npm?
