Add unit and integration tests for as much stuff as possible.

Allow the pipeline mutators to be specified in the project settings, and allow third party mutators to be used.

A lot of the code is missing comments, and the docs are only half finished. Clean all this up and provide samples so other people actually know how it works.

Also add a NuGet badge to the main readme.

Refactor so that it uses the System.CommandLine package and is a bit more user friendly.

• By default, it should run on the current directory looking for a *.hyde.json file.
• Add help and version commands.
• Add an init command that spits out a default project file.
