When you miss a practice question, the red box appears with the correct answer. The assumption is the user will enter the correct answer, which makes the red box disappear in favor of the green box (that disappears after one second as the new question is generated).

However, if the user switches to a different operation the red box remains in place. It seems like the red box should simply be removed.
