Tests and benchmarks use GenerateNumbers from utils/random.hpp which is a helper function.
Two problems emerge:

1. utils is not a great name.
2. utils directory does not belong to the project root.

Prepend current directory to DIR in docker/create.sh.

Upgrade this and this bash scripts to detect all compiled tests and benchmarks automatically.

It is possible to register all tests and benchmarks automatically, but it will complicate CMake code.

Currently, there is no way to enable clang-tidy for the entire project while suppressing errors from third-party packages.

Implement new classes for Proxy class in Guarded based on concurrent versions.

Add plots for demonstrative comparisons of different SkipList implementations.

We'll need templates for dependencies discovery, tests, benchmarks and libraries.

For a lock-free version of SkipList a lock-free (or really close to it) allocator is needed.

Add tests for key uniqueness and "sortedness".
Add benchmarks for Find() and Erase().

SequentialSkipListSet::GenerateRandomLevel as well as in other classes is too limiting in terms of library usage.
