Instead of entering the letter j or k into the URL box, they move the background page up and down through the feed list.

To reproduce:

1. Log into newsrdr.
2. Click on a feed on the left.
3. Enable "Show read posts" under the Feed menu.
4. Choose "Add new feed" under the Feed menu.
5. Type in a URL with j or k in it, for example http://jezebel.com/.

AtomFeed class appears to be unable to see tags in tags. It's currently using the tag contents for the feed URL, which causes that particular feed above to produce incorrect behavior.

Additional keyboard shortcuts for the following would be nice:

• Up/down through feed list
• "Mark all as read"
• "Add new feed"
• "Delete current feed"

On the iPad, the feed list overlaps with the feed content when in landscape orientation. We should probably force the mobile version of the feed list for the iPad regardless of orientation if possible, or else at least make the width of the feed list smaller.
