Time control options should be selectable.

Each player gets an independent clock.
There should be an option to add an increment for each move.
Display remaining time on the UI.
Running out of time is an automatic loss

Travis CI is now working. We need to identify a set of unit/integration/regression tests to run on code changes.

This relates to issue #4 but needs to be completed before we move on to UI/UX improvements

Should allow players to be added and sides to be chosen. There should be an option for player vs player, player vs computer, and computer vs computer

The UI needs to be responsive. More information should be displayed. Discovery/design needed.

Using NativeScript or ReactNative, mobile apps should be created and placed on the app stores.
