Re-sizable input box

I don't think this one has been done yet on the version of Thud I last
played with, but a re-sizable text input box would be great. Especially
with all of the screen real-estate people have these days.

Allow re-sizing of the text input box ala MUSHclient and many other
clients. One line is just not enough, especially if you re-size the main
client window to a small width to save horizontal screen space.

Autopilot Box: @force dbref=

Something which would be useful for Frontiers, but would also allow for
generally expanded gameplay options would be an input box for an autopilot
that allows all commands sent through it to be @forced on it, a requirement
for any advanced manuevering for AI.

Nops has a similar feature in his console CE which I've shown you, just type
in the autopilots dbref and then commands can be issued!

Mechref database

If you expect me to add in a mechref database, maybe you should provide me
with some data to work with. (Rar at 0x0045).

"Grab" attributes ability (ala MUSHclient and TF)

I wouldn't mind being able to do some softcoding in koom, since I'm not
altogether happy with the open-source Mac clients in particular. The big
problem with me has always been copy/pasting things in. MUSHclient has a
really neat script that lets you /grab <obect>/<attribute> which would get
the value of the attribute and transfer it to your input window with @set
or &ATTRIB someobj= pre-fixed. TF also had a few scripts that did this same
thing.

This is relatively minor but would be great to let admins (and players for
that matter) handle some softcoding without copy/pasting. This is probably
a good target for the plugin system briefly mentioned on the wiki.

Commit-o-Tron

This isn't directly a client feature request, but it'd be kind of neat to
help foster interest in the project. I harassed JF to create a Koom channel
on 3027, and I have done so on the Frontier. I linked the two channels
together like I have done with the BTMux channel, so chatter is shared
between sites. If you could toss together a bot to @cemit commits or other
interesting stuff, it'd be a good way to get people interested and show
that development is going on.

Up to you guys, figured I'd throw it out there. In any case, there is a
'Koom' channel on 3027 and the Frontier now. Announce it at your leisure to
others if you want.

Per-site plugins

One thing I always wanted for the Frontier and 3029 was a way to extend
clients in simple ways. For example, I'd love to be able to easily
distribute a plugin set for a site that had simple things like a menu
option to open a new window that would grab a PNG image from our website
showing the current map status.

It was also always a dream to be able to right click on a hex on the map
and have a context-sensitive menu with site-specific stuff in it like
"Order wingmen here" for some AI stuff we were considering.

These are just two example features that we would have loved to been able
to do with minimal effort and without modifying and distributing a modified
client. I have no idea how to suggest offering these features, nor do I
care about the specifics of it. I do know that these two things would allow
for a much more per-site customized feel, and graphical charts and dialogs
would add a more modern, visual face to the game.
