The header image is quite large, and reuires users to scroll down below the visible screen. On most pages this is ocnfusing, cf: https://www.buildbloordufferin.ca/faqs

I recommend removing the heaaer image altogether.

Default behaviour is stupid -- links in sidebar take you to a different page rather than just scrolling down the page to the appropriate section. This is unintuitive and disruptive.

At minimum, navigation should be straight to the internal link.

At best, replae the whole structure with an accoridon.

Bootstrap 4 is so much better than BS 3, it would be great to use BS 4 instead.
