We need some way of moving the data from the CSV format from the scraper to the database
We need some formatter to format the data for testing. We probably will want to end up storing it in a separate database/table so that we can redo it if we update the format.
Scraper should be updated to format all data in one row related to one recipe. Currently it is not that way (multiple on the webscraper creates multiple rows) Instead they should be using the 'grouped' or be children of Elements
We need to get from the database to arrays of input and output for tensorflow
