This has been tested in Outlook 2010

1. Enable developer toolbar and macros http://screencast.com/t/2A8oRqTn3SLV
2. Create a new macro, paste this the contents of Macros.py in. Then, update folders to match yours (pasting this in will create the 3 macros)
3. Add the 3 macros to your quick access toolbar
4. Go back to inbox
5. Press alt to see what alt hotkeys they bind to
