Kaggle Invasive Species Monitoring Challenge

This is my solution to the Kaggle Invasive Species Monitoring competition. The task was to identify images of invasive hydrangea.

My best submission is a bagged avg of 19 predictions achieving a 1st place score of 0.99770 measured as area under the ROC curve (ROC-AUC).

Dataset

You'll need to first download and place the test and training sets in the input folder from the Kaggle website below. The training set contains 2295 images and test set contains 1531 images. https://www.kaggle.com/c/invasive-species-monitoring/data
