In some cases it might be useful to define which design document should be used to create a new index. The couchDB documentation recommend the use of explicit specified index in such _find queries.

we just found an irritating status code 200 when the couchDB service is not available.

Maybe the resultSet.statusCode better should be initialized with 0 here

• startkey and endkey solo
