if I run ./bld.sh it creates an index.html but there seems to be no shadow tiddlers eg: PageTemplate, ViewTemplat ...

When submitting TW documents to http://build.phonegap.com, they will fail because recreateOriginal() includes literal embedded '' and '' syntax. The fix is to split the literals using extra quotes and +, like this: '</'+'body>' and '</'+'html>'.

The expected behaviour is that one would either see a static version of the page content, or a message indicating that JavaScript is needed to view the page.
