简单介绍一下这个项目：
这里是完全我自己开发的一个网络测速小软件，后端采用Python编写，使用了Python的SpeedTest库来构建。前端采用Microsoft前段时间推出的WinUI3框架来实现GUI界面（图形化界面，Graphical user interface)
目前后端已经暂时完成，目前没有新的需求。前端的UI设计目前还在开发中，由于我目前没有接触过WinUI3，所以可能会花很长的时间来学习这个前端框架。
就到这了，如果有什么好的想法欢迎提交Issues，就算你提交了我也不一定会看，哎嘿~
