Would it be possible to make this code compatible with Luaver ( for the lua.h location detection) and also update the CMakeLists ?

Additionally, a rockspec would be appreciated, though if the first 2 points are addressed I can contribute the rockspec.

Unfortunately I am not able to spawn a minicom session with your project.

On my PC I can start a minicom session the following way in the terminal:
minicom myDevice

My try to create the same with lua-expect:
expect:spawn("minicom", { "myDevice" }, "/tmp")

However I get the following message:

No cursor motion capability (cm)
From my search I only realised that minicom needs a terminal.
Is it possible to run a minicom session by using your project?
