I've was wondering if you had an example python script of running in headless mode? That would be super helpful if I could use this without the GUI interface.

It would be nice if the widely applicable information criterion (WAIC) and the corresponding Akaike weight over all supported motion models (normal, confined, anomalous, directed) could be calculated and added as feature.

Can you provide some example data to show how it works. I ran it on my data, on the xml generated by Trackmate and it gives me warning that there are not enough timepoints. later when I ran it , it gave NaN in each type.

It would be good to run this on the example data and see
