Add custom Flipper Name support

Hi there,
I love the idea and how you have done this.

There is something I would like you to add: The ability to choose the flipper from a list of nearby devices, instead of having to rename the flipper.

This is all.

Build for windows

Hi there,
I build the Windows EXE file so you don't have to.

It's freshly built directly from this repo, without any changes.

PS: I did this because you did not provide a windows build for the latest version

Connection problems

Hello, I'm having trouble connecting.
I'm on linux and I have a custom fimware on my flipper zero (Xtrem). Could someone help me?

Found "hci0 (usb:v1D6Bp0246d0540)" adapter

- Scan will be searching for Flippers with a name that contains the string you enter here
- If you run official firmware you should be fine by entering 'Flipper' (case sensitive)
- Empty string will search for all possible Flippers (experimental)

Hello. Sources on the Rust? I'm not a rust programmer, but I want to recompile it from sources for me. Can you write simple instruction in readme how can I do this for flipper and my linux? May be just compile command with right parameters.
