RegScan

RegScan by TheRockYT is a chrome extension that scans for newly registered domains and notifies you when it finds one.

Warning

This extension is still in development and may not work as expected. If you find any bugs, please report them in the issues tab.

Installation

Chrome Web Store

This extension is not yet available on the Chrome Web Store.

Manual Installation

  1. Clone this repository
  2. Open chrome://extensions in your browser (or edge://extensions if you are using Microsoft Edge)
    1. Or click here: chrome://extensions
  3. Enable developer mode
  4. Click "Load unpacked"
  5. Select the folder you cloned this repository to

Usage

Visit a website and a notification will appear with the domain name and the date it was registered.

Known Issues

  • Not all top-level domains are supported
