NewsMash was built with React and Redux on Ruby on Rails with a PostgreSQL backend.

A mix is a list of news stories from various sources. For each story, it displays the headline, news source, summary, and a link to the original article.

A mash is a wordcloud displaying words and phrases sized roughly according to popularity.
