Add actual project description and contribution notes

This functionality is already implemented in Laravel skeleton, but it is currently disabled.
Some tweaks must be done: email confirmation, ability to merge accounts with OAuth providers

So that preview should be available for:

• (approved status) - for everyone
• (any other status) - for author and moderators

It isn't clear for now which fields will be used in queries

Admin panel should show to admin a table like:

Questions thread | Number of pending items | [Moderate]

If you click "Moderate" button, this question thread is assigned to you. Inside thread details you can see the whole thread tree with all question versions. It can be show as an interactive picture or as a nested list, e.g.:

• Version 1 (12.05.2015 12:28, [user1])
  • Version 2 (12.05.2015 12:34, [user1])
    • Version 3 (13.05.2015 07:12, [user1])
      • Version 5 (13.05.2015 07:22, [user1])
        • Version 7 (13.05.2015 07:51, [moderator1])
    • Version 4 (13.05.2015 07:15, [moderator1])
      • Version 6 (13.05.2015 07:12, [moderator1])

It is not possible to submit a form, which was opened yesterday (session with tocken has been removed)

Currently OAuth accounts are merged silently, but system must verify this

Session must not die within long time (one month or more)
