[BUG] Settings GUI is empty

Describe the bug
The settings GUI is empty

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new Gui with the GuiSettings Object
Open the Gui in game
See that the Gui is empty

Expected behavior
Show the available setting categories

OS: Paper
OS Version: 1.16.5
Version: v5.2.1

Additional context
Since the Gui is being shown I believe the issue is when the Model is built
