Planning on using "flask-restful" unless anyone objects.

This two pieces featured on the opening splash page for new people coming to the site. There will be one full screen on the left, one full screen on the right.

one will express that the person needs to go to a page telling them where to buy a test kit.
the other says they have one and want to proceed to select which kit they have/ get test use instructions
Note they'll be text under each image stating "Have a test kit" and "Need a test kit" or some verbage close to that.
