Let's bundle all available plugins, so that they are available "out of the box" and do not have to be downloaded from within Cura (which requires a restart of Cura).

• Need to find out how to query for plugin download locations (Cura accesses this information, so we should be able to access it programmatically, too)
• Normally plugins to to $HOME, need to find out whether they can also be bundled inside the AppDir without having to copy them out to $HOME.

Hi - Wondering if you would be kind enough to run your Type2 AppImage script in your pre-setup environment for the latest Cura 3.5.1 release, and publish to releases? I'm looking to get Cura 3.5.1 working on crostini on a pixelbook. It seems like that Type2 Appimages can be extracted and ran on pixelbook, but Type1 does not extract.

Cura 3.6 Beta has been released. Possible for a Type2 Appimage?

Usually I wouldn't bother with the beta releases, but 3.6 has a pretty shiny new feature - Gyroid infill!
