In short: I believe there's a postprocess that needs to happen after IcedCoffeeScript compilation that's not happening with this module.

Long:
Meteor 1.5 added dynamic imports via an import function. I've used it without trouble in Meteor/CoffeeScript using backticks:

import = ->
  `import('jszip')`.then (jszip) ->
    console.log jszip

I thought I'd be able to do this with Meteor/IcedCoffeeScript:

importLaTeX = ->
  await `import('jszip')`.then defer jszip
  console.log jszip

But then Meteor crashes with the message SyntaxError: Unexpected reserved word in .meteor\local\build\programs\server\app\app.js on a line of the form import('jszip').then(__iced_deferrals.defer({. By contrast, if I put the compiled code from app.js into a .js file, then Meteor is fine with it. So there's something (ECMAscript compilation?) that's happening with .js files that's not happening with .iced files. Hopefully there is an easy fix?
