Processing is not recognizing compiled jar file

Hi,
This small problem's been keeping me from making things happen properly and to make a proper oscilloscope with all the extended functionality that would be tremendously useful to us now and in the future.

As you can see, I've checked in the processing library (but the actual jar file would need to be put in the processing sketch folder, which isn't on github). In any case, when I replace the existing arduinoscope.jar file with my freshly compiled one, Processing screams "arduinoscope library not found!". Why would this be happening? There aren't any errors in the code, I didn't make drastic changes at all. What could be wrong?

Leveling data and getting rid of low frequency features

Have posted question on SE here: dsp.stackexchange.com/questions/16354/signal-leveling-using-scipy
This is a hurdle that will definitely need to be crossed, since I find that even in my clip-type design, the signal moves around a bit with slight finger/hand movements. Solving this will be a big bonus.
