Wound up using Galleon-0.6.1-b.dmg (that functions only with Nano S) to confirm the issue appears to be a Tezbox_MaxOS_3.0.0.dmg issue. Could however create new KT* accounts and fund them, and perform liquid re-delegations to more honest delegation services. However, after re-delegation, the balance did not show impact of the small transfer fees that were shown on tzscan.io and Galleon.

I'm using MacOS wallet 1.0.0 and the fields for addresses don't seem to paste when pressing Cmd+V. Any addresses need to be entered manually.

Same goes for adding a delegate address.

I had an older version of TexBox, and my transactions were not showing.

So I updated to the 6.0.1 Hotfix version, and reloaded a Trezor wallet from scratch. The transactions are now showing, that's good.

But, I go to send a transaction from a KT address to a tz address:

And notice that the trezor screen is still sending it back to the KT address, not showing the tz address, and is also showing sending 0 XTZ (with 0.05 fee).

Followed by error:

My KT funds are still shown as "delegated". Maybe I need to "undelegate" them first, I'm not sure, but when I go to the Delegate tab, it says "Delegation has changed with the Babylon upgrade - you can now delegate directly from your tz* address. If you want to change your delegate, please transfer your funds to your tz* address and delegate from there. We will re-add delegation for KT1 addresses in the future."

so i just recently bought more tezos sent them them to my tezbox wallet on my ledger nano, didnt realize i can bake using my tz acct so i sent them to my kt acct and when i tried to pick a delegate it said you can use the tz acct and to send the tezos back there,every time i try to send them back i get a uh-oh hardware device error message please help ,my tezos wallet app is opened and ive tried everything have no idea why its not working

Attempting to change the delegate in the windows wallet fails with 'Uh-oh! Delegation Failed'

I've tried with both low and medium fees, and I've tried both changing to a custom delegate and undelegating.

Normal transactions are working fine.

I am trying to send funds OUT of my Tezbox wallet to BakeChain and I keep getting a failure and it tells me to check my inputs. I've restored the wallet onto a different PC using the private keys and the issue persists. I also cant update the delegate for some reason. Thanks in advance for your help

I have a Ledger Nano S. I installed the Tezos Wallet and Tezos Baker on it (version 2.0.0). I am running Ledger Live on Mac OS X and use it to connect to the Nano S.

Then I run the TezBox desktop application. It correctly displays my balance. But when I try to transfer some funds out of my KT1 address (it has a fair amount of XTZ) to another TZ1 address I get the error Uh-oh! Operation Failed! Hardware device error.

As a potential Plan B for importing private keys, how can one synthesize an edsk/edesk formatted key if they only know the 64 digit raw hexadecimal private key?

Other minor suggestions for app improvement:

1. In the menu under Tezbox-Wallet, end users need a means to query the version of the application being used. (Also ran into the BIP 39 passphrase issue that v2.01 has fixed.)

2. When using a Model T, the address displayed on the Trezor device needs to be displayed in parallel with the Tezbox-Wallet app to avoid requiring end users to write down the hardware wallet address to compare later to the address later generated by the Tezbox-Wallet app.

In order to resolve a problem in withdrawing XTZ from Tezbox, I saw a recommendation to update my Mac desktop from v5.0.2 to v6.0.1. I've tried to do that but when the new version opens it is still v5.0.2. Anybody have an idea what the problem is ....? Thanks.

TEZBOX communicates with my TREZOR but once the operation validated on this one, TEZBOX sends me the following error message :

I have tried 2 times to send tezos, each time it said it was ok. first time i tried with 0 fees (cause it is written that is is currently allowed, second time I tried with 1420micro tezos which is normally the minumum. Is is because of this that is does not work ? Is 2500micro tezos the minimum on tezbox ? Does tezbox take fees on top of blockchain fees ?

Please add CSV export for transactions to TezBox desktop and web clients (not really needed for mobile OS clients)

I get this error message every time I try to send Tezos off my wallet.

The Desktop App is behaving strangely.

Problem: I am attempting to send XTZ to another wallet. When I do so, I am prompted by a modal that confirms that I want to do this. When I confirm, I get the following modal:

What can I do to access my account and use it normally?

I have the latest software, and latest firmware on Trezor Model T.

After clicking "Link the Device" it shows a modal that says "Check your Trezor for address".
Afterwards, I click on the "Device" button on the Trezor and both screens go blank (TezBox/Trezor).

Same exact situation happens when I click the "Host" button.

on windows, when I choose "undelegated" , i have an error message :

Hello - I am trying to send some XTZ out of of my TezBox wallet and I keep getting an error message that reads "Operation Failed - Please check your inputs".  I have entered the correct recipient address    Here are the settings:
Fee:  set to default:  Low - 1450 micro XTZ
Parameters: set to default:  nothing
Gas Limit: set to default 10300    
Storage Limit:  set to default - 300 
Can you advise on why i'm getting this error message?   Thx

Steps to reproduce:

• try to send max amount with the "low" fee selected in the dropdown
• the wallet will show a dialog about an additional fee
• after closing the dialog the amount is unchanged
• transaction fails without a clear reason (the message is like "Uh-oh")

Desired state:

• the error message should explicitly state that the amount plus transaction fee exceeds available funds
• transaction amount should be automatically adjusted after confirmed by user (the fee should be subtracted)

What is an electron application? How do you install this? Do you need to compile? There is absolutely NO documentation that I can find. This hurts the adoptability of the tezos chain.
