This is the start of Tenqido DAO.

A decentralized autonomous organization devoted to Heavenly Energy.

This is religion that is not a religion.

To start practicing Tenqido, go to a Judo, Aikido, Taichi, or Qigong school and start practicing at least twice per week.

Go to a gym between one and three times per week.

Breathe deeply and utilize gentle stretching.

Go for walks sometimes.

Eat healthy.

Attempt to be as healthy as possible.
