此为本地番号库，目的是建立属于自己的番号库，如自己喜欢的精品，自己喜欢的演员合集，都可以放进去，如果是单纯意义上的网络番号库，那么就没意义了，而且有N多个网站可以做到。
1、项目用的是C# 2、会有超级多的Bug 3、提供完整数据库，数据库软件是access，比较简单，网上搜教程半个小时就学会 4、字体用的是华文楷体，分辨率1920*1080 5、必须安装AccessDatabaseEngine，要不然打不开 6，不提供视频 7、功能还会增加 8、安装.net 4.5及以上版本 9、虚拟机测试过win10、win7，安装accessdatabase后可以打开
