We will still need to create a snapshot .CSV file for the accounts that are part of the Telos Community Rewards Pool and the Telos Founders Rewards Pools.

I suggest TCRP accounts all begin 'tcrpacct' with random base-5 numerals making up the last 4 characters. Also that we create a 5-10% surplus of accounts with keys held by the program administrator to accommodate late filers.

I suggest that TFRP accounts all begin with 'tfrpacct' or 'founders' with random base-5 numerals making up the last 4 characters. We will need more than the number of participants since some recipients should be split into 2 accounts to better anonymize recipients and because some recipients will share their rewards with their organizations.
