I think it would be great to add a setup.py or pyproject.toml file to the root of the repository 🥳

This would enable another developer such as me, to:

• clone from github
• install the package from source using pip install .
• install the package editable using pip install -e .
• generate a wheel for the package using setup.py bdist etc. (for subsequent install or testing)
• run the tests (and possibly demos)

I'd be happy to help with any of this if you like the idea(s) 🚀
