When dragging courses from the sidebar into a semester, if many semesters exist in the schedule, some semesters may be impossible to drag into. This seems like an issue with the DND third party component specifically, so we might not be able to fix it for now.

Not all RPI students began in 2019. We should add a way to change the start year of the schedule.

A lot of comments just describe the functions, we should add code within functions that further break down what specific chunks of code do.
