Suggest that the author add a docker image

I recently deployed one and found that this NVDA remote server is quite good.
It would be nice to have a docker image.
We can use github's docker image feature for hosting.

nvdaRemoteServer crashes and exits for unknown reasons

  1. I suspect it is caused by some special characters;
  2. There is no stable reproduction log for the time being.
  3. I can provide the following logs of the server for your analysis；
  4. If you need, I can provide complete server logs in private.
  5. The last line of this log is the log before the last crash and exit.

Allow using log rotation

As it is possible to create log, having the ability to use logrotate could help managing log.

Implement reload (sighup signal)

Sometimes it could be useful to change I.E. MOTD while the remote server is already started.
Same when renewing the certificate.
Having the ability to only reload the server would avoid to fully restart the server.
