student homeroom / teacher assignment is broken after the great switchover
eg

,teacher
,section_number
FROM KIPP_NJ..COHORT$student_homerooms hr
WHERE hr.year = 2014
AND rn_stu_year = 1
sp_PS$course_enrollments#static aren't refreshing
last data is 2014 and when I force a refresh it throws a data type error
create students#identifiers
a convenience view, which:
-joins to custom to get key custom fields (SPED etc)
-joins to cohort to get cohort name
-has a use for reporting flag that takes into account enroll status and out of district
