Creating a Ball Intake subsystem

Get the camera to detect balls from the sorter and determine their color

We've amassed quite a few branches yet again. Since competition is ending, we should clean up the branches we don't need anymore and combine relevant information onto master.

Combine the front hopper subsystem and back hopper subsystem into on branch
