So when someone kills someone for the first time, but doesnt pearl him, it should explain the pearling mechanic

Explain it whenever they get a warning message and when they log back in after getting kicked. You can add events to AFKPGC if it's needed. Also add an explaination if they log back in after getting afk kicked and when they get the message "you will be kicked in X time"

Or craft a PEX permission to the same effect.

Basically I'm learning that it's a good rule of thumb to opt your ops out of most helper plugins like this, and want to pass that along :).

I wouldnt put this right on the first block place, but after a while when someone places a block, it should tell him about reinforcing and then link to the full docu.

There are other lored items than just compacted ones, especially with contraptions and AqPvP, the listener here should compare the concrete lore to ensure it's a compacted item.

People wont get the idea of rightclicking their crops with a stick right away, so they should already get some information or be told about the stick when planting.

You are using PlayerItemHeldEvent for most of the stuff, but that's not ideal in my opinion, because people will rarely put the stuff they pickup on their hotbar right away and select it. I would recommend to replace it with PlayerItemPickUp and InventoryClickEvent, which both use the same message, so for example whenever a player obtains a pearl he gets the messages instead of when he puts it in his hand.

Pretty much the title, if a player gets a spawn egg he should also get an explaination on how to get those eggs.

There should be one if a person gets invited to a group and possibly also one, once the person sends his first chat message to link to more docu.
