The "Creating quiz questions" URLs seem to be outdated in this document: Mutual practice exam.

Each activity readme file should have a compact header specifying the activity attributes (time, number of participants, number of instructors, ...). Use something similar to PŠL style (Zlatý fond her), ideally with icons.

A related issue: The activity subfolder is not easy to download either.
